Mipa Neon are special daylight fluorescent paints for the efficient two-coat process. Full luminosity is only achieved over white Mipa 2K acrylic primers or fillers; a coat of Mipa 2K HS clearcoat is essential as UV protection. Coverage: 1,4–1,6 m²/l (at 100 µm).
Properties
- Brilliant daylight fluorescent colours in the two-coat process
- Colours: RAL 1026, RAL 2005, RAL 3024, RAL 6038 as well as special colours
- Full luminosity over a white 2K acrylic substrate
- Overcoatable with Mipa 2K HS clearcoat after 30–60 min (20 °C)
- Storable for at least 3 years in the sealed original container

Use
For signal and effect paintwork: prime in white, apply Neon at a sufficient film thickness, then seal with 2K HS clearcoat. Note: daylight fluorescent colours on vehicles require official approval. Matching Mipa 2K HS clearcoats and thinners are also available in our shop.

Dispatch
Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.
Dangerous goods
Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
German islands
An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
