Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order value for dealers?
For your first orders we apply a minimum of €250 net. From Silver tier the minimum is waived. We discuss specific terms individually.
What payment terms apply?
First order via prepayment or credit card. Once a stable business relationship is established we offer invoice with 14-day payment terms. SEPA direct debit also available.
Do you ship outside Germany?
Yes. We deliver across DACH (DE, AT, CH) and the EU. Aerosols and dangerous goods are subject to ADR rules and ship by ground only. Swiss customers pay net price (Reverse Charge).
Do you offer territory protection for resellers?
Exclusive territory protection is available on request from Gold tier. We discuss conditions based on your sales region and revenue potential.
Is drop-shipping for online shops possible?
Yes. We ship in neutral cartons or with your insert directly to your customers. Drop-shipping conditions are agreed individually.
Is there technical support for end customers?
Yes. Our specialist team is available to you and your customers for questions on Mipa mixing systems, application technique and product selection. Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 at 0201 63027098 or by email at info@lack-depot.de.
