Aerosols & limited-quantity goods
Spray cans, hardeners, and certain solvents are classified as limited-quantity dangerous goods (Gefahrgut LQ) under European road-transport rules. We follow the LQ packaging requirements and the regulated handling fee is already included in the €9.45 standard shipping rate — no separate hazmat surcharge appears at checkout.

Common questions
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1 p.m. on a working day are dispatched the same day via DPD. Orders placed on weekends or after 1 p.m. ship the next working day.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes — every shipment receives a DPD tracking number sent to your email as soon as the label is printed. With DPD Predict you also get a 1-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
With DPD you can redirect the parcel to a Pickup parcel shop, give a deposit permission, or schedule a new delivery day — all via the tracking link.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes — every DPD shipment is insured up to €520 per parcel as standard. Higher coverage is available for larger orders on request.
Do you ship to islands or remote areas?
Yes, but a €15 island surcharge applies for the North/East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk, and Chiemsee. We'll contact you with the exact total before shipment.
