MP Milla Hardener AC 820 HS extra fast is an extra-fast curing hardener developed specially for 2K paint systems in vehicle refinishing. The product is designed for high-solids (HS) systems and considerably shortens the drying time.

Areas of application

The hardener is combined with 2K paint systems in order to accelerate curing and increase productivity in the workshop. The extra-fast curing is particularly suitable for work where short drying times between the individual steps are required.

Notes

The product should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept tightly closed after opening.

Areas of application

• Mixing: Mix at a ratio of 1:1 with basecoat, clearcoat or primer for 2K HS systems
• Application: Work quickly, as the pot life is limited
• Ventilation: Good ventilation of the work area is required
• Accelerated curing: Higher application temperatures speed up curing – ideal for work under time pressure
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed container

Safety

• Mixing: Must be mixed with MP 2K products (clearcoats, primers, basecoats); observe the mixing ratio exactly.
• Pot life: Extra-fast curing formulation – observe the application times carefully.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, protected from heat and direct sunlight.
• Application: Apply in well-ventilated rooms or with a suitable extraction system.
• Safety data sheet: Observe all safety regulations in the enclosed safety data sheet.

Dispatch

Dangerous goods

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.

German islands

An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
