The Mipa Zinc-Aluminium Spray is a high-quality zinc dust coating with very high corrosion protection for steel and ferrous metals – ideal for standard-compliant touch-ups on hot-dip galvanised steel parts to DIN EN ISO 1461. The silver-aluminium shade is visually matched to hot-dip galvanising, and corrosion resistance in the salt spray test to DIN EN ISO 9227 is over 450 hours.

Areas of application
For repair areas on galvanised components: clean the damaged area with Mipa Silicone Remover, sand with P 220 and degrease – the dry film thickness should be approx. 30 µm above the existing zinc layer. On steel, alternatively blast (Sa 2½) or de-rust by hand (St 3). Mipa Silicone Remover is also available in our shop.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
