Mipa Strukturspray is a high-quality, textured speciality paint for plastic parts whose original texture has to be restored after repair or sanding work. It can also be used to give smooth plastic surfaces a textured look – for cars, trucks, hobby and industrial use. It can be applied directly to the plastics commonly used on cars without an adhesion promoter.
Properties
- Restores common plastic textures true to the original
- Outstanding adhesion – without plastic primer on ABS, PVC, PC, PS, PA, PP/EPDM
- Fast drying, evenly textured surface
- Can be overcoated with Mipa 1K acrylic paints, e.g. Mipa Kunststofflack-Spray
- Transparent, in 2 textures: coarse (21261 0000) and fine (21262 0000)
Application

Use
Before painting, temper plastic parts for 60 minutes at 60 °C, degrease with Mipa antistatic plastic cleaner or silicone remover and sand. First build up the textured base coat with Strukturspray, then overcoat with Mipa 1K acrylic paints in the colour of your choice – Mipa Kunststoffreiniger and topcoats are also available in our shop.

Dispatch
Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.
Dangerous goods
Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
German islands
An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
