Mipa Steinschlagschutz is a durable, overcoatable rust protection for vehicle floors, sills and wheel arches. Thanks to its very good sound-deadening effect it is also suitable for the boot and bonnet. The coating is impact- and scratch-resistant, permanently elastic even under large temperature fluctuations and, once dry, resistant to cold cleaners. Coverage: 2 m²/l at 500 µm dry film thickness.

Use
For underbody, sills, entry areas and wheel arches: the vehicle floor must be thoroughly cleaned, dry and free from dust, grease, oil and rust; old underbody coating that no longer adheres must be removed. Mask off the engine, exhaust, steering knuckles, propshaft and brake system before spraying. Once dry, it can be overcoated directly with Mipa topcoats.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
