Mipa Rapidprimer is a 1K adhesion primer with active corrosion protection for the vehicle sector – suitable for iron, steel, zinc and aluminium as well as for overcoatable plastics commonly used on cars. Weldability has been tested to DVS code of practice 0501 (test report no. 275/670/99/925). Coverage: 6–8 m²/l.

Use
As an adhesion promoter and corrosion protection for body repairs, including panels that are to be welded: clean the substrate with Mipa silicone remover, key zinc and aluminium, and degrease thoroughly. Do not apply to thermoplastic substrates and do not overcoat with polyester spray filler. Matching Mipa thinners are also available in our shop.

Dispatch
Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.
Dangerous goods
Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
