Mipa Protector is a heavy-duty, textured 2K polyurethane acrylic coating (truck bedliner) for the scratch-resistant and robust coating of load areas – such as pickup beds – and heavily stressed surfaces on commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, camper vehicles and trailers. Also suitable for underbody and chassis areas, wheel houses, side steps and loading ramps. Coverage: approx. 3 m²/l at 200 µm dry film thickness.

- High resistance to fuels and oils, very good water resistance
- Has a sound-deadening effect
- Temperature-resistant: 150 °C continuously, briefly 180 °C
- Very high sag resistance – extremely thick-film application possible
Application

How to use
Texture to suit: coarse, medium or fine – controlled via spray pressure and spray distance; a test area is recommended. On steel, zinc and aluminium, prime beforehand with suitable Mipa primers (e.g. Mipa Rapidfiller, Mipa EP-Primer Surfacer). For non-slip surfaces, 5–10 % Mipa Grip-Additiv can be added. Dispatch

Dangerous goods
Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.

An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
