Mipa E 80 Kaltzinn is a high-quality 2K epoxy filling body filler with lamellar pigmentation and universal adhesion to iron, steel, aluminium, zinc, GRP and wood. It replaces work with body solder, is easy to apply and can be sanded well and with little dust after only a short drying time.
Properties
- Replaces body solder work (tinning without a flame)
- High adhesive and flexural strength, can also be applied on vertical surfaces
- Sands well and with little dust after a short drying time
- Resistant to petrol, diesel and dilute acids
- Colour coarse silver-grey metallic, very low in solvents (max. 65 g/l VOC)

Use
The substrate must be clean, dry and free from grease; sand the surfaces. Do not apply over thermoplastic or acidic products (reaction primers). Mix body filler and hardener well. The matching Mipa hardener EPN is also available in our shop.

Dispatch
Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.
Dangerous goods
Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.

An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
