The Mipa Anti-Silikon-Zusatz prevents cratering and improves flow when overcoating traces of silicone, polish, wax and grease. Suitable for Mipa 2K paints (OC, AC, PUR, PUR HS) and Mipa synthetic resin paints.
Properties
- Prevents cratering caused by traces of silicone, polish, wax and grease
- Improves the flow of the paint film
- For Mipa 2K paints (OC/AC/PUR/PUR HS) and synthetic resin paints
- Colourless – the drying time is not changed
- Shelf life of at least 3 years in the sealed original container
Application

Areas of application
The rescue for stubborn silicone problems: if craters appear in the finish despite thorough cleaning, simply add 2–5 % Anti-Silikon-Zusatz to the mixed paint. As a preventive measure we recommend thorough pre-cleaning with Mipa Silikonentferner – also available in our shop.

Dispatch
Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.
Dangerous goods
Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.

An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
