Fully automatic, cleaning-free filling machine for pre-filled aerosol cans. Filling of small batches and orders with high unit numbers. Easy setting of different fill volumes (100 ml, 75 ml and 50 ml). For filling 400 ml and 250 ml aerosol cans as well as 50 ml brush bottles. Suitable for all commercially available waterborne and solvent-borne 1K and 2K paint qualities.

Dispatch

Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.

Dangerous goods

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.

German islands

An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
