The Mipa 2K Primer CF grey is a chromate-free 2K primer with fast drying for painting cars and commercial vehicles. It offers good corrosion protection on iron and steel panels and good adhesion on non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and galvanised substrates – ideal for priming steel parts, castings, containers, machinery, chassis and transport frames.

Areas of application
As a thin-film adhesion and corrosion protection primer ahead of the filler and topcoat build-up: keep the substrate clean, dry and free of grease, and abrade the surfaces. Pre-treat galvanised substrates with Mipa zinc cleaner (ammoniacal wetting agent wash). Do not overcoat with polyester materials. The matching Mipa hardener WPZ as well as fillers and topcoats are also available in our shop.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
