The Mipa 2K-Klarlack matt CM is an acrylic-based 2K clearcoat with a gloss level of 15–20 gloss units at 60°. It produces evenly matted surfaces with good resistance properties and is suitable as an overcoat for matt, silk-matt and silk-gloss metallic and effect finishes.

- Evenly matted surfaces with good resistance properties
- Adjustable gloss level: silk matt with 5–10 % Mipa 2K-Elastic (or 3:1 with gloss clearcoat), silk gloss with 15–20 % (or 2:1)
- Can be flexibilised with Mipa 2K-Elastic for plastic parts such as bumpers
- Coverage approx. 7–8 m²/l, VOC-compliant (max. 563 g/l)

Areas of application
For matt vehicle and effect finishes: stir thoroughly before use, adjust to spraying consistency and strain through a 125 µm sieve. Matt clearcoats cannot be polished – so always coat complete panels over their full area and spray out a test panel beforehand to determine the gloss level. Matching 2K-MS hardeners, 2K thinners and Mipa 2K-Elastic are also available in our shop.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
