The Mipa 2K-Klarlack CPE is a silk-gloss, particularly elastic acrylic clearcoat (gloss level 60–75 gloss units at 60°) for high-quality full and partial refinishing on cars. It gives a uniform silk-gloss clearcoat film over solvent-based and waterborne basecoats – thanks to its high elasticity, no additional flexibilising additive is needed on plastic substrates.

Areas of application
Ideal as a clearcoat over bumpers, add-on parts and complete vehicles with a silk-gloss finish. Stir thoroughly before use and strain through a 125 µm sieve; spray out a test panel to determine the gloss level, as matt clearcoats cannot be polished. Matching 2K-MS hardeners, 2K thinners and basecoats are also available in our shop.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
