The Mipa 2K HS Wet-on-Wet Filler F 37 is a 2K polyurethane wet-on-wet filler with fast recoatability and universal adhesion: it can be used directly on steel, iron, aluminium and galvanised substrates as well as on the plastics commonly used in the vehicle sector (e.g. PP-EPDM, ABS, PC, ABS-PC, PUR, PVC, GRP). It can be overcoated after approx. 15 minutes at 20 °C without any loss of gloss. Coverage: approx. 14,5–15 m²/l (at 20 µm dry film thickness).
Properties

- Intact, sound e-coat (KTL) coatings can be overcoated without sanding

Areas of application
The fast route to a topcoat-ready surface: apply one spray coat, allow to flash off for 15–20 minutes and topcoat straight away – ideal for new parts and value-based repairs in the car, commercial vehicle and industrial sectors. Sand steel with P 120 and aluminium with P 220 and degrease with Mipa Silicone Remover; pre-treat critical plastics with Mipa 1K Plastic Primer or 1K Adhesion Promoter. The matching 2K hardeners and 2K Thinner V 25 are also available in our shop.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
