The Mipa 2K HS Fill Primer is a 2K polyurethane wet-on-wet filler with extremely fast recoatability: overcoatable after approx. 15 minutes without any loss of gloss. Developed specifically for car repair – ideal for the efficient refinishing of new parts and value-based repairs, also in the commercial vehicle and industrial sectors (side panels, driver's cabs, machinery). Coverage: approx. 15–15,5 m²/l (at 20 µm dry film thickness).
Properties
- Overcoatable after only 15–20 min at 20 °C – without loss of gloss
- Can be used directly on steel and iron
- Intact, sound e-coat (KTL) coatings can be overcoated without sanding
- Can be reworked within 5 days without intermediate sanding
- Very good flow, excellent overspray absorption, good edge coverage and sag resistance
- Dust inclusions can be nibbed off after just approx. 15 min

Areas of application
The time-saver in the painting process: apply the Fill Primer, allow it to flash off briefly and topcoat directly wet-on-wet. On aluminium and zinc substrates use Mipa Aktivprimer as an adhesion promoter. The matching 2K hardeners and 2K Thinner V 25 are also available in our shop.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
