The Mipa 2K HS Express Filler FX 4 is an extremely fast-drying 2K filler with express technology for efficient repairs of small and partial areas: it is sandable after only approx. 35 minutes of drying at room temperature – or just 10 minutes at 60 °C. Ideal for partial car refinishing and spot repair. Coverage: approx. 3,8–4,2 m²/l (at 80 µm dry film thickness).
Properties
- Sandable after approx. 35 min at 20 °C – oven drying can be dispensed with entirely
- Forced drying possible: 10 min at 60 °C or 20 min at 40 °C, short-wave IR approx. 5 min
- High film thicknesses of 80–150 µm possible
- Very good adhesion on steel, iron, aluminium and zinc (after pre-treatment with Mipa Pre-Cleaner Express)
- Can be used on plastics in combination with Mipa 1K Plastic Primer

Areas of application
Perfect for fast repair throughput: allow the 1st spray coat to dry to a matt finish, apply further coats without flash-off times, dry briefly, sand and topcoat. Bare metal surfaces must be pre-treated with Mipa Pre-Cleaner Express and overcoated within 15 minutes. Do not use on thermoplastic substrates. The matching 2K Hardeners H 5 / HS 5 and 2K Thinner V 25 are also available in our shop.

Dispatch
