The Mipa 2K HS Express Filler FX is a high-quality 2K filler with express technology that works entirely without oven drying: it is sandable after only approx. 20–40 minutes of drying at room temperature (depending on film thickness, temperature and humidity). Very smooth surface, no shrink-back – which considerably reduces sanding work. Ideal for partial car refinishing and spot repair. Coverage: approx. 5,3–5,7 m²/l (at 80 µm dry film thickness).
Properties
- Sandable after approx. 20–40 min at 20 °C – oven drying is dispensed with entirely
- Forced drying if required: sandable after 5 min at 60 °C or 10 min at 40 °C
- Can also be used as a wet-on-wet filler – overcoatable after only 5 min
- Can be reworked within 24 h without intermediate sanding
- Very good adhesion on steel, iron, aluminium and zinc (after pre-treatment with Mipa Pre-Cleaner Express)
- No shrink-back – very smooth surface, less sanding effort

Areas of application
The cycle-time accelerator for the workshop: apply filler, allow to dry briefly, sand, topcoat – without heating intervals. Treat bare metals beforehand with Mipa Pre-Cleaner Express; do not use over wash primer and epoxy resin primers. Can be used on plastics in combination with Mipa 1K Plastic Primer. The matching 2K HX Hardener HX 25 is also available in our shop.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
