The Mipa 1K UV High-Build Filler is a high-filling, UV-curing filler for fast repair refinishing: after only approx. 5 minutes of exposure to a UV LED or mercury vapour lamp – or alternatively after 4–5 minutes of direct sunlight – it is sandable even at high film thicknesses. Ideal for partial car refinishing and spot repair, with a coverage of approx. 5,5–6,5 m²/l (at 100 µm dry film thickness).
Properties
- 1K system, adjusted ready to spray – no hardener, no pot life, no paint waste
- Sandable after only approx. 5 min UV drying, without an oven and without a cooling phase
- High film thicknesses of 100–200 µm possible
- Very hard, outstandingly sandable surface with high mechanical and chemical resistance
- Very good adhesion on steel, iron and galvanised substrates
- Gentle on plastic substrates, as no thermal heating is required

Areas of application
Perfect for workshops with UV equipment and for fast spot repair work: sand the substrate, clean it with Mipa Silicone Remover, apply the filler in 1–2 spray coats and, after 5 minutes of UV drying, dry-sand with P 400 or wet-sand with P 600. Important: do not apply as an opaque coat and observe the maximum film thickness. The matching Mipa Silicone Remover is also available in our shop.

Dispatch
