Standard hardener for the LD 2K clearcoat UHS. Balanced working time at room temperature. 2,5-litre container.

The LD Express hardener UHS standard is the standard hardener (code 100 320) for the LD 2K clearcoat UHS 100 300 as well as compatible UHS systems.

Properties

• Standard reactivity — pot life approx. 30–60 min / 20 °C
• HDI-based — high-quality hexamethylene diisocyanate crosslinking for maximum UV and chemical resistance
• Clean flow — no yellowing, no loss of gloss after curing
• Reacts with moisture — close the container tightly immediately after removing material

Areas of application

Mixing ratio 2:1 with LD clearcoat UHS 100 300. Pot life 30–60 min / 20 °C. Close the container immediately after each withdrawal (reacts with atmospheric moisture). Do not allow contact with water or alcohol.

Signal word: Danger. Contains isocyanates (hexamethylene-1,6-diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate). Highly flammable liquid and vapour (H225). Dispatch

Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.

Dangerous goods

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.

German islands

An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
