Two-component clearcoat from the ultra-high-solid range. Highest gloss, excellent scratch resistance, short through-drying. 5-litre workshop container.

The LD 2K clearcoat UHS is an ultra-high-solid clearcoat for professional car refinishing and spot repairs.

Properties

• Ultra-high-solid — high solids content, fewer emissions (VOC 2004/42/IIB(d)(420)<420)
• Highest gloss — mirror-like surface without intermediate polishing
• Fast through-drying — approx. 30 min at 60 °C, ready for assembly after approx. 4 h at 20 °C
• Scratch-resistant & UV-stable — lasting protection of the colour layer

Areas of application

Mixing ratio 2:1 with LD Express hardener UHS. Pot life approx. 30–60 min / 20 °C. 2 spray coats. HVLP 1,2–1,3 mm, 2,0–2,25 bar. Flash-off time between coats 5 min. Drying time approx. 10 min / 40 °C, approx. 60 min / 20 °C.

Dispatch

Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.

Dangerous goods

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.

German islands

An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
