Mipa Protector 2K spray is a heavy-duty, textured 2K polyurethane acrylic coating in an aerosol can with an integrated hardener – for the scratch-resistant, robust coating of load areas (e.g. pickup beds) and heavily stressed surfaces on commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, camper vehicles and trailers in the colour black. The contents of the can are sufficient for approx. 1,4 m².
Properties
- Extremely high wear resistance, excellent impact and scratch resistance
- High UV and weather resistance
- High resistance to fuels and oils, very good water resistance
- Has a sound-deadening effect
- Temperature-resistant: 150 °C continuously, briefly 180 °C
- Colour black, gloss level matt to satin matt
Application

How to use
Ideal for load areas, wheel house areas, impact protection, side steps, roof racks and loading ramps. Substrate: primed steel, zinc and aluminium (e.g. prime beforehand with Mipa Rapidprimer spray or Rapidfiller spray), GRP, primed plastics and 2K-resistant old paintwork. Texture can be controlled via spray distance and spraying technique – a test area is recommended; remove masking tapes immediately after painting. Dispatch
Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.

An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
