Application

The 1K Epoxy Primer is ideal for priming metal and plastic surfaces in automotive body repair. Apply the primer in thin, even coats to prepared, grease- and dust-free substrates, observing drying times between coats. The spray allows for precise, streak-free application and provides optimal adhesion for subsequent paint or filler layers. Shake well before use and agitate the spray can at regular intervals to ensure a consistent consistency.

Safety

Before using this epoxy primer in a can, consult the safety data sheet and work in a well-ventilated area. The spray contains solvent-based components, so wear appropriate protective equipment such as gloves and a respirator. Shake thoroughly before use and hold the spray can upright to ensure optimal adhesion and even application on the prepared surface. After spraying, store containers properly and keep them away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Dispatch

Spray cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as limited-quantity dangerous goods (LQ) under ADR. We pack to LQ standards — the handling fee is already included in the €9.45 standard shipping rate. No separate hazmat surcharge at checkout.

German islands

For the North and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee an island surcharge of €15 applies. We will contact you before shipment with the exact total.
