Shipping within Germany

• Standard (DPD Classic): €9.45 · 1–2 working days · includes hazmat handling
• Free shipping from €100 order value
• DPD Express (next working day by 6 p.m.): €12.95
• Local pickup at Lack Depot Essen (Alte Bottroper Str. 93, 45356 Essen): free, ready in 24 hours.

Dispatch

Orders placed on weekdays by 1 p.m. ship the same day via DPD. Every shipment receives a tracking number; with DPD Predict you get a one-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. Standard insurance €520 per parcel.

Hazardous goods

Spray cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as limited-quantity dangerous goods (LQ) under ADR. We pack to LQ standards — the handling fee is already included in the €9.45 standard shipping rate. No separate hazmat surcharge at checkout.

German islands

For the North and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee an island surcharge of €15 applies. We will contact you before shipment with the exact total.
