The Mipa 2K HS Fade-Out Thinner is a special solvent blend (fade-out thinner) for dissolving overspray edges during spot repair work and blending – developed specifically for the application of Mipa 2K HS topcoat systems with a VOC content below 420 g/l.
Properties
- Visibly smooths rough overspray edges when blending and during spot repair
- Specifically for HS systems: Mipa PUR HS, Mipa OC, Mipa 2K MS and 2K HS clearcoats
- Supplied ready to spray, colourless
- Long shelf life: min. 3 years in the original container

Use
For invisible transitions on partial repairs with HS clearcoats: mist the overspray areas in thin coats directly after the painting process – do not apply too heavily, otherwise runs and uneven softening may occur. Do not use on thermoplastic substrates. You will find the matching Mipa 2K HS clearcoats in our shop as well.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
