Mipa 2K HS Hardener HS 25

2K HS hardener for Mipa HS clearcoats, acrylic and PUR paints as well as primers and fillers with normal flash-off time. Ensures optimum curing and application.

Mipa 2K HS Hardener HS 25 normal is a colourless hardening agent for 2-component paint systems. The hardener activates and cures Mipa 2K products with a standardised flash-off time.

The product is used for the application of 2K clearcoats, 2K primers and 2K fillers in the professional automotive and industrial sector. Please refer to the manufacturer's technical data sheet for the exact mixing ratios and application guidelines.

Please observe the relevant safety instructions before use and store the product in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

Areas of application

• Mixing ratio: Mix 4:1 with 2K clearcoats, 2K primers or 2K fillers
• Induction time: After mixing, allow approx. 15 minutes before the material is applied
• Pot life: Approximately 8 hours under normal conditions
• Optimum application conditions: Temperatures between 15 and 25 °C, adequate ventilation required throughout the entire drying process

Safety

• Wear protective equipment: Use suitable protective clothing for the skin and respiratory tract in order to avoid irritation.
• Ensure ventilation: Apply exclusively in well-ventilated areas or use appropriate respiratory protection equipment.
• Avoid eye contact: In the event of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice, as serious eye damage is possible.
• Store in a cool, dry place: Keep out of the reach of children and store in accordance with the safety and application regulations for two-component systems.

Dispatch

Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.

Dangerous goods

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.

German islands

An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
