The LD Pancho 2K VOC filler light grey is a 2K polyurethane filler for levelling the substrate and rust protection before painting.
Properties
- 4:1 with hardener — standard mixing ratio for even curing
- VOC-compliant — VOC value 2004/42/IIB(c)(540) < 540 g/l
- Light grey — neutral base, good hiding power, can be overcoated with any colour
- Good filling power — 60–240 μm film thickness possible
Areas of application
Mixing ratio 4:1 with LD Pancho VOC filler hardener. 5–15 % thinner. Pot life approx. 1 hr / 20 °C. 1–3 spray coats. HVLP 1,7–2,2 mm, 2,0–3,0 bar conventional, 1,5–2,0 mm 3,0–5,0 bar. Drying approx. 30 min / 60 °C. Total film thickness 60–240 μm dry. Intermediate and final flash-off time approx. 10 min.
