The Mipatherm Spray is a high-quality, highly heat-resistant special paint on a silicone resin base in an aerosol can – for exhaust systems, stoves, grills and other thermally stressed steel parts. Heat-resistant up to 800 °C, matt, in silver (0001) and black (0002).

Application

Areas of application
For exhausts, stoves and grills: clean the substrate with Mipa Silicone Remover, pre-sand with P 120 and finish-sand with P 220–320, then degrease. Full chemical and mechanical resistance only develops with the first exposure to heat – raise the temperature slowly to avoid blistering. Mipa Silicone Remover is also available in our shop.

Dispatch
Orders received by 1 pm on working days are dispatched with DPD the same day. Every shipment gets a tracking number; with DPD Predict you receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Standard insurance cover 520 € per parcel.
Dangerous goods
Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
German islands
An island surcharge of 15 € applies to the North Frisian and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk and Chiemsee. We will contact you before dispatch with the exact total amount.
