The Mipa WBS PC-Primer-Spray is a colourless adhesion promoter developed specifically for polycarbonate plastic substrates such as headlight lenses. Thanks to its water-based formulation, the primer does not attack the sensitive polycarbonate substrate – for trouble-free overcoating that is gentle on plastics. Combined with Mipa 2K clearcoats it produces high-quality headlight repair finishes.
Properties
- Excellent adhesion on polycarbonate as well as POM, PU, ABS, PVC and PA
- Gentle on plastics – the water-based formulation does not attack the substrate
- Colourless – ideal for transparent headlight repairs
- Can be overcoated with solvent-based and waterborne topcoats
- Fast: overcoatable after 35–45 min

Areas of application
The specialist for headlight refurbishment: sand the lens, clean with WBS Reiniger, spray on a thin coat of PC-Primer and seal after 35–45 minutes with Mipa 2K-Klarlack. Do not overcoat with polyester materials. Matching 2K clearcoats and cleaners are also available in our shop.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
