The Mipa 2K Acrylic Filler Spray incl. hardener is a fast-drying, good-filling base coating with high corrosion protection and excellent sandability – genuine 2K quality from an aerosol can with integrated hardener. Excellent adhesion on iron, steel, GRP, aluminium and galvanised substrates.
Properties
- Genuine 2K technology in an aerosol can – safe and clean hardener activation
- Very good through-curing even at high film thicknesses (up to 180 µm)
- Very good sandability, excellent flow and spray pattern
- Very resistant to chemical and mechanical stress, fuel-resistant
- Overcoatable with solvent-based and waterborne basecoats, 1K and 2K topcoats
- Overcoatable within 24 h without intermediate sanding

Areas of application
Perfect for repairs without a spray gun: fill rust spots, filled areas and minor damage and prepare them for topcoating. Clean the substrate with Mipa Silicone Remover and sand it (steel P 120, aluminium P 220), apply the filler in 2–4 spray coats and, once dry, sand it or carry on wet-on-wet. The matching silicone remover is also available in our shop.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
