The Mipa 1K UV Filler is a high-quality, UV-curing filler for fast repair painting: after only approx. 5 minutes of exposure to a UV LED or mercury vapour lamp – or alternatively after 4–5 minutes of direct sunlight – it is ready for sanding. Ideal for partial car repairs and spot repair, with a coverage of approx. 7–8 m²/l (at 80 µm dry film thickness).
Properties
- 1K system, supplied ready to spray – no hardener addition, no pot life, no paint waste
- Sandable after only approx. 5 min of UV curing, without an oven and without a cooling phase
- Very hard, excellently sandable filler surface with high mechanical and chemical resistance
- Very good adhesion on steel, iron, aluminium and galvanised substrates
- Direct adhesion on the plastics PU, ABS, PVC, PC and PS
- Gentle on plastic substrates, as no thermal heating is required

Use
Perfect for spot repair and partial repainting in workshops with UV equipment: sand the substrate, clean it with Mipa Silikonentferner, apply the filler and sand it with P 400 dry or P 600 wet after 5 minutes of UV curing. Other types of plastic can be coated after pre-treatment with Mipa 1K Plastic Primer or 1K Adhesion Promoter – you will find both in our shop as well. Important: do not apply as an opaque coat.

Dispatch

Aerosol cans, hardeners and certain solvents are classified as dangerous goods in limited quantities (LQ) under ADR. Dangerous goods handling is already included in standard shipping — no additional surcharge at checkout.
